Editorial process & style sheet
The editorial process, from submission of an article to its publication, is described in the style sheet.
The opinions expressed in the articles of the journal are the sole responsibility of their author(s).
Any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, made without the consent of the author, or his successors or assigns, is unlawful; the same applies to the translation, adaptation or transformation, arrangement or reproduction, by any art or process whatsoever (Law No. 92-597 of 1 July 1992, Article L. 122-4). Any form of representation or reproduction would therefore constitute an infringement of copyright, an offence punishable under Article 425 et seq. of the French Penal code. Law no. 92-597 of 1 July 1992 only authorises, under the terms of paragraphs 2, 3.a-b, 4 of article L. 122-4, copies or reproductions strictly reserved for the private use of the copier and not intended for collective use, on the one hand, and, on the other hand, provided that the name of the author and the source are clearly indicated, analyses and short quotations for the purpose of example and illustration, press reviews, and finally, parody, pastiche and caricature, observing the rules of the genre.
